Behind the Scenes with The Lookout & Falcone’s Catering
Feeding the Magic at Disney Descendants & Zombies Worlds Collide Tour, OKC
When the Disney Descendants & Zombies Worlds Collide Tour set up shop at Oklahoma City’s Paycom Center, they didn’t just get a standard catering service—they got the full hospitality experience from The Lookout Kitchen and Falcone’s Catering, both proud members of the Moonraker Group family.

Early Starts & All-Day Hustle
Our days backstage start before the sun comes up. Crew members begin filing in just after 6 AM, straight from the tour buses, ready to transform an empty venue into a world-class concert experience. For them, good food is more than just a meal—it’s comfort, motivation, and a taste of home after days or weeks on the road.
That’s why we roll in our catering trailer and set up shop right in the loading dock, allowing us to cook fresh, home-style dishes on-site, from breakfast through late-night snacks. There’s nothing like the smell of bacon, eggs, and strong coffee to kick off a busy day. Our omelette bar, piping hot oatmeal, fresh fruit, and home-baked donuts make sure everyone finds a little bit of their favorite morning routine, even on the road.
The cast of the show referred to Paul Wilson as ‘Legendary Paul’ all day. Paul is pictured here with Disney’s Freya Skye, spreading backstage joy and home-style hospitality.
Comfort Food, Custom Menus, & Attention to Every Guest
Our team—and our menus—are all about flexibility. Lunch and dinner are big moments backstage, but for us, it’s not just about putting food out; it’s about meeting real needs. That might mean slow-smoked Oklahoma brisket with all the comfort sides, a carving station with maple-glazed salmon, or crowd-pleasers like mac & cheese and home-style veggie dishes.
We believe everyone deserves to eat well, no matter their dietary restrictions or preferences. That’s why we custom tailor every menu for the artists, crew, and guests. Vegan Impossible burgers, gluten-free selections, vegetarian bakes, allergen-aware dishes—we prepare and label everything with care, making sure nobody ever has to worry about what’s on their plate. Requests are welcomed and met as quickly as possible, whether it’s a less common ingredient or a family favorite.
The Human Side of Backstage
For the artists and crew, touring life is demanding—and the little things matter most. Sometimes a warm slice of homemade cake (fresh from our bakery, Joni’s Cakes), or a classic root beer float made with Braum’s ice cream, is what puts the biggest smile on someone’s face. We keep a constant snack and beverage spread running, including ice cream and Oklahoma’s favorite root beer, to offer a little comfort and energy all day long.
A Legacy of Backstage Hospitality: Falcone’s Catering
This event isn’t just about a single day’s success. Falcone’s Catering has been fueling Oklahoma City’s biggest concerts and events for over 15 years. From outdoor marathons at the Zoo Amp and the Downtown Airpark, to intimate artist gatherings at Tower Theatre, to mammoth productions at Cox Convention Center, the Omni, and Paycom Center—the Falcone’s team has seen and served it all. Their experience, dedication, and personal touch mean every guest—no matter how large the tour or how wild the rider—gets treated like family.
The partnership between Falcone’s Catering and The Lookout Kitchen allows us to cover every detail, whether it’s a last-minute PB&J, a carefully plated Caprese salad, or a full-on chef’s table experience.
